When you register to join our trips, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this declaration
Awareness of Risks:
We at Bonsai Trips apply the highest safety requirements and specifications in our trips as part of our values and mission. Our trips are preceded by detailed and extensive preparations and are carried out in direct coordination with the relevant authorities when necessary and with a field team on standby in most of our trips, where the services we provide, transportation, safety rules, medical services, etc. are included.
Equipment and Safety:
During hiking or any similar activities, participants must wear the required safety equipment and appropriate clothing at all times. Bonsai Trips is not responsible for the consequences of not wearing the required clothing or lack of required personal equipment or failure to comply with the safety instructions provided by the trip leaders or their representatives. Participants who do not comply with the instructions will bear full responsibility, and they must note that these procedures are for their safety and the safety of everyone.
Fitness and Health:
Many of our hiking trips require physical effort, so participants must notify us of any health or medical conditions they suffer from that may require medical intervention during the trip† or may affect the participants’ harmony during the trip. The Thrill Path reserves the right to cancel your participation after the start of the trip and at any time during it without refunding the fees in the event that you have not disclosed your medical, physical or psychological condition that does not allow the continuation of the trip or may affect the participants.
Nature Conservation:
Bonsai trips aim to preserve and enjoy nature without negatively affecting it. All participants in our trips must adhere to the principles of environmental conservation.
Harmony with the group:
All decisions made by the team leader or his representative regarding safety procedures or the harmony of participants are final. In the event of failure to comply with the instructions of the team leader or his representative or negatively affecting the course of the trip, the team leader or his representative has the right to cancel your participation and leave the site. To ensure harmony and enjoyment for all participants in the trip, we ask all participants in our trips to pledge not to talk about topics that may cause sensitivity to some and affect the harmony of the team.
These topics include religions, sects, sex, politics, bullying.
Complaints:
In the event of a complaint of any kind during the trip, please immediately express it to the team leader or his representative to take appropriate action.
Complaints after the trip can be communicated to us via email.
Media and Marketing:
Please inform the team leader or his representative if you do not wish to have personal photos taken during the trip.
Bonsai Trips has the right to use photos and video clips in advertising and marketing its activities and upcoming trips or to add them to its website with the approval of the participants.
Privacy Policy:
The information we collect before, during and after the trip is kept strictly confidential. Bonsai Travel will not hand over this information to any party, such as name or phone number to any third party.
Rules and regulations followed:
Participants in our trips must respect the laws and regulations of the country in which the trip is held, including dress, behavior, ethics, politics and religious differences.
Bonsai Travel will not be responsible for any participant who violates the regulations and laws in force at our destinations. These terms and conditions are subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Trip Cancellation or Postponement Policy:
In the event that the participant requests to cancel the reservation, the WhatsApp number registered on our website must be contacted 48 hours before the trip. When the amount is returned, 10• The value of the administrative fees will be deducted. After 48 hours, we apologize for returning the amount paid.
In the event that the trip is postponed or canceled by Bonsai Travel for any circumstances beyond its control, the participant will have the right to return the full fees.
